"one cave down" is a raw and introspective ambient album that emerged from my lifelong battle with OCD. It's a sonic sanctuary I've crafted to help myself, and anyone else who needs it, find moments of respite from the constant chaos in our minds.

Through a tapestry of haunting drones, ethereal voices, gritty field recordings, and melancholic chords, I invite you to lose yourself in these soundscapes and escape the suffocating grip of anxiety, even if just for a little while. Each track is a journey into the depths of the psyche, born from my own experiences and designed to evoke a sense of catharsis and emotional release.

Creating this album has been an intensely personal and therapeutic process. By weaving together these atmospheric elements, I aim to create a space where we can all confront our demons, embrace the present moment, and find beauty in the imperfections of our human experience.

Whether you listen while grinding away at work, pouring your heart out on the page, drifting off into a restless sleep, or just trying to catch your breath, I hope "one cave down" can be your companion through the darkness. Through sharing this piece of my story, I want you to know that if you're struggling with something similar, you're not alone. There's light to be found even in the deepest, darkest caverns of the mind.
